Learning to serve and give back to the community is an important part of a well rounded Christian education.  Students collect canned food monthly and deliver it to the Center of Hope.  They also adopt families for Christmas that have fallen on hardships and are unable to provide presents for their family.  The WCS 6th grade class participates each year in the Meals on Wheels program and delivers meals each Friday to those in need. The secondary students, as of the 2007/2008 school year, are also required to complete a minimum of 12 service hours annually.
